Problem: This patient worked in the fashion industry. After spending thousands on fashion she realized that her teeth were the best asset to her looks. She came to us with an overcrowded smile and gaps between her teeth from the gum diease treatments. Her teeth were badly crooked.

Solution: In a matter of 3 visits we used porcelain veneers and crowns to redesign her smile. 10 new teeth were created and no orthodontics were required to straighten her teeth.

Problem: Peter had old composite bonding that had deteriorated over many years, and was showing signs of his teeth being worn down. His teeth were discoloured due to his age and love of coffee.

Solution: Peter's teeth were short due to being worn down over years. We used composite bonding on his two front teeth to increase their length. Peter preferred us not to perform gum reduction which would have increased the size of his teeth overall and made his smile symmetrical. Even though his teeth are still relatively square rather than rectanglular, a noticeable improvement has been made and he has stunning results from the teeth whitening treatment.

Problem: From being a heavy smoker and neglecting his teeth at an early age, he had decay and a lot of silver fillings. A bottom tooth was knocked out in a hockey game. His old fillings had become deteriorated over time, giving him a popcorn appearance between his teeth when he smiled.

Solution: We cleaned his teeth, then did a teeth whitening treatment and replaced all silver fillings and discoloured fillings with composite bonding. We are currently commencing orthodontic work to straighten his lower teeth and then will be finishing off with replacing a single discoloured tooth that is very obvious in his smile.

Problem: This patient had a frightening experience at the dentist when he was a child, making him avoid the dentist for 14 years. This had left his teeth and oral health very weak, his before shots show mild gum disease which could have lead to teeth falling out; he had red puffy gums and bleeding when brushing. His gum line was also crooked, and his teeth were shorter on one side than the other. Generally his teeth were out of shape and the gum line had made his smile unsymmetrical.

Solution: First a clean and check of oral health with our hygienist, removing tarter build up, followed by a Zoom teeth-whitening treatment. We then restructured his smile by laser sculpting his gums, finishing off with composite bonding to lengthen shorter crooked teeth and even his entire appearance.

Problem: Dawn had an oversized veneer replacement from her dentist when living in the UK. She had two huge new teeth placed over her existing ones which looked unnatural. She also had old fillings and grayness to her smile due to antibiotics. This was a very complex case.

Solution: The orginal dentist had failed due to her teeth being too far apart. The replacement teeth were too big in comparison to her other teeth. We placed orthodotic rubber bands, and removed her old porcelain veneers and replaced them with two new aesthetic porcelain veneers. Composite bonding was used on her side teeth. Total of 8 teeth treated: 2 porcelain veneers, 6 composite veneers.
